Account settings

Your account settings are where you manage your personal info, login methods, and security preferences.


Change your email address

To update your email:

  1. Go to Account settings > Profile
  2. Under Email, enter your new email address
  3. Enter your current password for confirmation
  4. Click Save

You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify the new address.


Change or set a password

To update your password:

  1. Go to Account settings > Security
  2. Click Set password
  3. Enter your current password (if one is set)
  4. Enter your new password twice
  5. Click Set password

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)

To add extra account protection, enable 2FA using an authentication app (like Google Authenticator or Authy):

  1. Go to Account settings > Security
  2. Under Two-factor authentication (2FA), click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your app
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
  5. Save your backup code in a safe place

Once enabled, you’ll be prompted for a code each time you log in.


Connected accounts

If you signed up with Google, you’ll see your linked account under:

  1. Account settings > Profile
  2. Under Connected accounts, you can view or disconnect it

If you disconnect your Google account, make sure to set a password first so you can still log in.


Your workspaces

To manage your workspaces:

  1. Go to Account settings > Your workspaces
  2. Click a workspace to open and manage it
  3. You can view billing, invite teammates, and manage QR codes from there

Workspaces are independent — each has its own settings, team, and subscription.


Delete your account

⚠️ This action is permanent. All QR codes, data, and settings will be deleted. Dynamic QR codes will stop working.

To delete your account:

  1. Cancel any active subscriptions
  2. Remove any workspaces you own
  3. Go to Account settings > Danger Zone
  4. Click Delete account
  5. Enter your password
  6. Confirm deletion
